Solutions, Engineering and Construction Director
Experienced refractories person in charge of all major projects in China.
- Manage all projects in China: Manage all project managers directly or manage the regional managers
- Supervise the manager of the construction department
- Supervise the manager of the engineering department
- Align the costs/quality/performance between construction and engineering to optimize pricing, margin and quality
Requires:
Experience in managing multiple large-scale projects in refractories or related areas
Manage large budgets, multiple personnel and multiple supply chains
Familiar with some/all of:
Iron/steel industry
Cement, power plants, petrochemical or other refractory-using industry
Some travel to customer sites or to regional office to manage project managers
Languages: requires

Project Managers
Refractory installation/project managers needed both for multiple applications:
- Iron/Steel
- Non-ferrous metals (primary and secondary)

Person needs experience in project management in the subject area. Prefer refractories (or very similar). Also should have engineering, design, installation. Must be able to work in and office and travel to customer locations. Prefer a technical engineering degree. Language: English plus the local language of the base country.
